Today, eMarketer published the results of a report by Sysomos that takes an in-depth look at the demographics of Twitter users. Here are some key findings: 53% of Twitter users are female 31% are between the ages of 15-19, and 35% are between 20 and 24 85.37% of people tweet less than once per day on average Around 93% of Tweeters follow and/or are followed by between 1 and 100 people
